Pad See Ew is a popular Thai stir-fried noodle dish made with wide rice noodles. It is commonly found at street food stalls and is also a favorite in Thai restaurants. I’ll show you an easy way to make authentic Pad See Ew at home!

    1. If using fresh rice noodles, separate them gently. If using dried noodles, soak them in warm water until soft, then drain.
