We use ginger that is neither too young nor too mature. If it’s too young, it lacks spiciness, aroma, and a strong ginger flavor. On the other hand, if it’s too mature, it becomes fibrous and less enjoyable to eat.

  • Cooking Ginger Stir-Fried Chicken:

    1. Julienne the ginger, slice the onion, and cut the mushrooms into thin pieces.

    3. Lightly crush the garlic cloves to release their aroma, then chop them finely and set them aside

    5. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic into a pan and stir-fry until fragrant.

    6. Add the chicken to the pan and stir-fry until it starts to cook through. Then, add the ginger and onion, and stir-fry until the onion softens.
